Free Bookbinding Workshop
in collaboration with Beach Canteen
We are happy to announce an upcoming workshop in collaboration with Swype Beach Canteen!
The best part? It's free to join! For those who missed the last session with Dubai Design Week, this is your chance to join in! Seats are limited and last time the workshop filled up very quickly so make sure you register via the form at the bottom of the page.
During this one hour session, participants are invited to create miniature sketchbooks, taking ownership of an object in which their imagination and inspiration can be rendered.
Following an introduction to basic needlework techniques, students will select a pattern from the collection to embroider on fabric covers before mounting and binding their sketchbook.
Suitable for all levels, no embroidery experience required. All supplies will be provided.
