Darning Workshop
We all have a favorite pair of jeans that could still be of good use despite its small holes or stains.
This month I am hosting a free intro to visible mending workshop to raise awareness for Thrift For Good. This local charitable organization rehomes preloved items to reduce waste and help children around the world, in partnership with Gulf for Good.
Bring in your own piece of used clothing or mend an item from the donation box. Together we will artfully repair a hole or stain of 2cm or smaller.
About the Venue:
Thrift For Good is a second-hand social enterprise and the sister company of Gulf For Good, who help children around the world through health, education and housing.
They are committed to zero waste: rehoming everything (including repairing/recycling items), offsetting carbon emissions through TreeNation, and using sustainable packaging.
