Drop-in and join me for a communal stitching session. Slow Stitching treats needlework as a meditative, stress-relieving practice. Needlework practitioners of all levels and mediums including embroidery, quilting, hand sewing, crochet, cross stitch, punch needle and macramé are invited to stitch together to create a communal banner which will be hung in the Tashkeel Courtyard. A great opportunity to seek advice, swap recommendations, and meet like-minded textile enthusiasts.
Participants are also encouraged to bring in a small piece of fabric to contribute to a communal banner which will be hung in the courtyard.
